Is Ship Unblock or the Sprint a better first step?

If something specific is stuck (deploy, auth, Stripe, performance), start with Unblock — faster yes, clear guarantee. If you need the first real product flow live, book the Sprint. On the fit check I’ll say which fits (or if neither does).

What does “one core flow” mean for the Sprint?

Landing → signup/login → the one paid or “aha” action. Not a design system, not ten marketing pages, not every role and edge case. We write that outcome down at kickoff.

What if it’s not a fit?

I’ll say so on the 15-min call. No pitch theater — a clear no beats a bad scope.
